Conditions for Refund or Exchange
Fitment Issues
If the product does not fit and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund.
Product Defect or Damage
If the product is damaged, defective, or lost during transit, we will cover the return delivery charges and provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product Sent
If you received the wrong item, we will handle the return and replacement process at our expense.
Streaking, Squeaking, or Smearing Wipers
If your new wipers are streaking, squeaking, or smearing, we recommend first ensuring your windscreen and the wipers themselves are thoroughly cleaned with warm water. Often, this really helps!
Otherwise, if you’ve tried this and it hasn’t helped, we’re always happy to replace your wipers or organize a full refund—your choice.
